The project aimed to develop strategies for young people to adopt healthy lifestyles, improve overall societal well-being, and take steps towards a sustainable future. Participants shared best practices, exchanging insights on motivating and supporting young people to embrace healthier habits.

Throughout the event, various educational methods such as group work, discussions, role-playing, simulations, and interactive activities were employed to foster interaction and knowledge exchange among participants.
